Title 4 BASIC Off-premise
As an owner, agent, or manager, you’re required to complete an approved Basic alcohol training to maintain compliance with Arizona liquor law. Plus, the course covers Arizona-specific laws and regulations, like hours of sales and payments, management policies, and service limitations for alcoholic beverages.
Title 4 Management Liquor Law Training
This course provides quality education and a comprehensive overview of Title 4 and the liability and responsibility concerns of a licensed beverage server as well as intervention techniques addressing problem situations.
The persons required to attend the Basic and Management Liquor Law Training (on-sale and off-sale) include owners, licensees/agents, and managers who are actively involved in everyday business operations.

This online training is for anyone selling alcoholic beverages in a store or serving drinks in a restaurant or bar. The training course focuses on the techniques to recognize intoxication and how to intervene in those situations to keep your customers and your business safe. Also covers minors and alcohol, ID checking, and the laws specific to Arizona.
